• Communication: I have always kept my constituents updated on my council districts activities through my Facebook page

• Infrastructure: Roads throughout District 2 need resurfacing and upgrading. We need a representative that is actively advocating for this work to occur, or we will continue to see these funds allocated to other Districts in the County.

• Safety: St. Charles County is a great place to live because our police officers and prosecuting attorney hold criminals accountable. I am proud to have been a part in two significant steps that O’Fallon has taken to ensure St. Charles County remains safe. 1) The creation of the St. Charles County Regional Criminal Interdiction Task Force which has virtually eliminated thefts at night. 2) O'Fallon through a partnership with the City of St. Charles are constructing a state of the art regional training facility in O'Fallon, the Center for Advanced Skills Training in Law Enforcement.

• Smart Growth: There is a new wastewater treatment plant on Hopewell Road that goes live in 2024. Highway N is farmland and flat with roadway that is virtually straight and is already in MODOT's plans for widening. Since at least 2008 the St. Charles County Masterplan has shown this area to be 1-4 units/acre. If growth isn't guided down Hwy N then it will continue to spread further and further south which is NOT what I want.

• Education & Workforce Development: Through numerous organizations I have been a strong advocate for workforce development and ensuring that our schools are making students aware of options including and outside of College. I've worked with the Chambers of Commerce, spoken at numerous schools throughout the County, hosted St. Charles County CAPS interns, provided job shadowing for both students and teachers, been a vendor at the Build My Future event in both St. Charles and St. Louis County, and participated in the Wentzville School Districts 'Comprehensive School Improvement Plan' board and their 'Career & Technical Education Advisory' board.​
